  Excelente lugar, atendimento muito bom, os garçons do restaurante são preocupados se você está gostando da experiência e da comida, além de super simpáticos! A piscina é linda mas a água é muito fria! A paisagem é espetacular (praia e montanha) mas infelizmente o hotel é cercado de terrenos com lixo.. a praia é ótima relativamente perto do hotel, fomos de carro. O café da manhã é esquisito mas parece-me ser o café da manhã típico da região, já que fomos em diversos lugares e as opções eram mesmo muito parecidas. Tivemos uma experiência muito bacana e com certeza voltaríamos caso estivéssemos por aqui novamente. Ótimo custo qualidade X preço.

  Overall it was a good experience. Most of the staff is polite and well informed.
Pool water was crystal clear and the rooms were cleaned to the detail. Room smelled good even at the morning after we woke up.
When we went to the bar to order something, the guys straight away asked if we were in the hotel, and offered to bring our drinks in the room so we would not wait there by the bar.
Waiters, even though looked young, were very professional and polite.
Ambiance was so calming and quiet, and the employees made sure to remain like that.
Cocktails are very good, and even though when we ordered the bartender was not there, one of the guys offered to make them for us.
If you want a place to rest, a bit far from the noisy crowds of Vlora, than this is the place for you.
Tip: Breakfast could be improved, maybe by adding few new products. We stayed there only for 1 night, but if you stay there for more than 3 nights, I can see it getting monotonous. Either way what they served were delicious.
